What are Picks?
Picks is an extra layer on top of the main tournament game. Each tournament, you choose a five-player lineup and try to beat other managers in your division to win rewards.
How Picks works
- Picks is a skill-based competition against managers at a similar level
- Each tournament, you build a five-player lineup, generally using players from your own squad or roster.
- Your five players score points using the standard scoring system, with your Captain earning a 1.5x multiplier.
- At the end of the tournament, your Picks score is compared with the average score in your division:
- Beat your division average and your Skill Rating will increase.
- Finish below the average and your Skill Rating will decrease.
- The higher your Skill Rating, the further you can progress through the Picks divisions.
Divisions and Skill Rating
Playing Picks gives you a Skill Rating (SR) which determines which division you play in:
- Bronze: 1,000–1,999 SR
- Silver: 2,000–2,999 SR
- Gold: 3,000–3,999 SR
- Diamond: 4,000–4,999 SR
- Elite: 5,000+ SR
Your rating changes after each tournament based on how your Picks score compares with your division average, meaning you could get promoted... or relegated! Higher divisions have higher rewards so the aim is to climb to Elite, and try to stay there.
How Picks rewards work
- If you beat your division average, you qualify for a Picks reward.
- The higher you finish in your division, the greater your performance weight. Your reward also reflects the eligible value you hold in the five players you picked.
When the tournament completes, you can claim your Picks rewards via the Claim rewards button on the home page.
